I've been working in the general construction industry for over 8 years, with solid experience in finishing work and some roofing. I'm currently based in Eastern Europe and I'm very interested in exploring professional opportunities in other European countries, particularly where the pay is good, conditions are regulated, and there's a clear path for legal employment. I value safety and proper organization on site.
My main skills are in roofing, insulation, and exterior finishing. I'm looking for companies or agencies that are known for fair treatment, provide proper contracts, and sometimes even assist with accommodation. I'm open to learning about specific in-demand roles, the best countries to target right now, and, most importantly, reliable platforms or recruiters where these jobs are posted.
Does anyone have recent experience or solid recommendations? I would really appreciate any guidance on where to start a serious job search.
